One would not expect one professional Law Firm to expose another for fear of reprisals from the regulated or licenced body they belong to. However, one must risk that event, so as to balance a personal, social and moral duty one has, to its fellow consumers.
In this case, we are dealing with one of the most “unscrupulous” law firms to have existed, that being ABC Lawyers Ltd Company Registration number 10477058.
The Company came into existence on the 14th of November 2016, it does not have any publish trading track record and was simply created with £1 of Share Capital.
The Directing mind is that of Mr Mark Rowe, a British national who’s is 46 years old. History tells us he was a prolific timeshare salesman and worked for Resort Properties, rebranded now as Silverpoint - selling many unlawful timeshares. He duped many into buying a timeshare and now presents himself as a Lawyer, claiming compensation for the very products he mis-sold.
A lawyer is a term used for someone who works and practices law and in the legal profession. Mark Rowe is not a Lawyer, never has been, but does employ a collection of Timeshare salesmen and women, selling legal dreams.
ABC Lawyers Ltd is the new name of Monster Rewards Ltd and was/is a marketing company selling legal service, which is claimed to be the best, but is, in fact, the worst unregulated shambolic legal advice you will ever receive.
From a Timeshare salesman to crook, onto a Lawyer
Dancing down memory lane, we have found that Mark Rowe was a prolific timeshare salesman and left the timeshare industry, and upon leaving he created Complete Internet Solutions Ltd [based in the Seychelles].
CIS created 2 fake currencies, Monster Credits and Monster Rewards, he licenced the sale of these currencies to his Own Company Hollywood Marketing SLU (a Spanish Company) who created the sell my timeshare.tv sales platform.
They “cold called” consumers and advertised they could resell consumer’s timeshares when they couldn’t.
Many Timeshare consumers were invited to visit his other company called Glenmore Consulting Ltd, based in the UK [again he owns it].
The bait to get a consumer to visit Glenmore was simple “your timeshare is worth £,000”, “all you have to do is come and see us and we will buy it off you”. Over 2, 000 people were baited by the illusory offer.
Upon arrival, the bait was unlawfully switched and the consumer was sold the Monster Credits and Monster Rewards and collectively they paid £14 million, upon the contractual promise they would get all the money represented, for the value of the timeshare and within 14 months.
Those sales were an unlawful Ponzi scheme, exposed by TESS and most of Monster Clients are pursuing Mr Rowe’s companies for damages. Over 450 are suing the banks which supported the Mark Rowe companies and for over £10 million.
At present, many Banks are cooperating with the TESS’s team, making offers of settlement and money is now winging its way back into the pockets of the consumer which the Mark Rowe companies scammed them out of.
During the investigation, the scam was reported by the BBC who made a documentary of the scam, titled “Timeshare time bomb” which you can view here.
In a knee-jerk reaction, another one of Mark Rowe website “The Timeshare Consumer Association [TCA] published its reaction in that they alleged the solicitor who TESS had engaged to represent the consumers was being investigated. The solicitor is regulated, is not being investigated and was merely assisting TESS in the exposure of “a crook”.
TESS also received the same unkempt admonishment.
The TCA was then reported to the “Daily Mirror” who investigated the TCA and reviled that the claimed independent website site [the TCA] was not independent and was recommending the same companies who were perpetrating the scams.
The switch from selling timeshare whilst in employment with Resort Properties/Silverpoint had moved to re-selling timeshare in his own company to selling Monster Credits and when all these enterprises failed to deliver any benefit for the consumer. Mr Rowe set up the law firm “ABC Lawyers Ltd, for round 3 of scamming ruse.
To assisted the con, he registered with the Institute of Paralegals and was quickly thrown out, but the entity still trades, takes more millions and for legal service, yet the company has no lawyers and is only valued at a £1.00. It is unlicensed and unregulated yet still sells a legal service which is not capable of delivering anything.
Lacking a good measure of “shut up juice”, the website of Timeshare lawyer, they make the following claims: -
“consumer have won claims in Spain”, yet these are not their cases nor their clients, the majority are cases protracted and won by Canarian legal alliance CLA”.
ABC Lawyers suggests “we have sold and extricated over 2,250 consumers from timeshare contracts“, which again is a lie, they have neither sold any timeshares nor extricated anyone from a timeshare contract.
“Last year we exited and sold over 2,250 timeshares for timeshare owners” Again this is untruthful. they have never sold timeshare but do own the sell my timeshare.tv website which sells you membership into “Jive Hippo” [an electrical selling website] and Staycations which sell an opportunity into buying into investment property, which has not been built for which the land to build it on, has not been acquired.
“Timeshare lawyer have a 100% success rate”, this is the truth but the success rate is associated with taking money from consumers and deliver nothing in the way of the corresponding benefit.

“we warn clients to be wary of advice given by timeshare trade associations”. This is true they do, however many of those trade associations they own and consumers are shipped off into buying membership into trading entities which promise discounts but deliver high-end prices and you are locked in.
Timeshare Lawyer warns timeshare owners about rogue resale and cancellation companies. Yet they own or are involved in the biggest rip off reseller, the timeshare world has ever seen in the UK.
For the consumer who does tender dissent against these company’s Mr Rowe tries to regulate that dissent and now owns Timesharetalk.co.uk.
Jacob Brant is a volunteer, who assists Long Terms Holiday Product Ltd a not for profit company and from time to time assisted TESS in the Publication of Timeshare news. He registered himself on Timeshare talk and tried to assist in the publication of fact-based information.
Equally, Mr. Stephen Boyd did the same and to assist consumers to understand certain aspects of timeshare.
last Friday and under the direction of Mark Rowe, both were banned from the site permanently, so that the people who viewed the site could have a continuance of poor and shoddy advice, which in turn creates more disinformation.
Therefore, in timeshare, confusion is winning, products are advancing into more and more spectacular scams and more heartache is being served in the miserable meal, they call Timeshare.
