Justice 4 Ltd [Enforcing your civil rights] have floundered and consumers have lost well over a million in advanced legal fees.
Justice 4 Ltd has gone “belly up”, have declared they are insolvent and unable to pay their debts if and when due.
It now appears the business and its website has been transferred to Tuloca Ltd, however, no consideration is stated in the insolvency petition or the filed accounts, therefore clearly a benefit was transferred, however, the consideration [at present] is illusory.
This transfer in its-self is interesting, as by no strength of the imagination, is this transfer at an arm’s length, as Tuloca Ltd is run by the wife of Mr Lee Pallister [the last directing mind and shareholder of Justice 4 Ltd].
Having met this lady, she is neither capable of delivering claims or administration them but is a loyal loving mother of the Pallister family. Yet again, we see failed husband’s business re-emerge in the form of another company and set up in the name of failed Directors wife. Should a solicitor be struck-off, you would clearly not expect his wife to set up another practice professing to understand the business or deliver the legal product, yet this woman does and by registering herself as the only Director and directing mind. Quite clearly this is a sham and Mr Pallister is behind the new company, acting as a Shadow Director.
So, we now have the bizarre position of a failed Company Director, operating in the shadow of his wife, having transferred all the benefits of the failed company, to that of another.
Justice 4 [Enforcing your Civil Rights] as they like to assert, were not regulated or licenced by the legal profession, yet did dispense legal advice. On the website, (under the question) “are you lawyers”, they quite clearly state “NO, we are trained professionals within our field” (that field is not disclosed, however for all intense and purposes, it is selling legal dreams)
The next question is: “Will I be talking to a salesman” (and this is where the lies commence), as they stated “absolutely not our advisers are exactly that, adviser” What a sham! They are salesmen or untrained lawyers dispensing unconsidered or unqualified advice about the prospects of a case, yet to be delivered or determined.
“Will be charged any upfront fees” Justice 4 [now Tuloca] explains “not for the personal visit to your home”. So one can assert, someone pays those advisers, they turn up for a purpose and as they are not attending for charitable reasons, they are selling a service. Indeed Justice 4 have sold on many occasions a service and received handsome rewards for doing just that. They might not charge a fee for turning up, but what they sell, they did, and its all an upfront fee which did amounted to thousands of £.
“Can someone visit me at my home and discuss this” was another question answered and their answer was “yes”.
So, you have an ex-timeshare salesman who set up a “Justice” company, who employs a collection of “cold callers”, making thousands of calls to obtained home visits to dispense “advice” and for free. The advice is delivered by a collection of untrained, unlicensed or unregistered salesmen, managed by an Ex Timeshare salesman, who takes large upfront fees from consumers and to deliver you to a legal expert, who are available to you anyway.
That [to me] is a very expensive sign-post.
The Directing mind of Justice 4 was Mr Lee Pallister who is an ex-timeshare salesman, who worked the salerooms in a quarry of timeshare resorts and did peddled the timeshare offerings to consumers. At some stage, he must have believed what he was selling was an unlawful collection of products as in a further effort to enrich the company he created, he began to offer the same consumer group, the opportunity of paying considerable amounts of money, to obtain exists from the very types of contracts he had sold.
Dispensing sales, without a legal education and armed with sales literature, he then went on a mission to sell his legal service to the world at large. He and the salespeople he employed obtained leads via “cold calling”. The cold callers made unsolicited calls to thousands of consumers, interrupted their day and to tender the unqualified advice. The advice was not dispensed at the company’s offices, but via arrangements to meet consumer at their home.
This practice is very expensive, as the cold calling list cost considerable amounts of money, then you have the costs of the staff making thousands of calls and the cost of the salespeople who drive to the home of consumers and spend considerable amounts of time with them to secure a “sale” on the advice they proffered.
When the unlicensed legal representative did arrive, the purpose was to make a sale and to do that they would be had to convince the consumer that either the contract was capable of delivering compensation or could be terminated as being unlawful. Many will know that their Justice 4 services cost sometimes north of £12,000.
Many bought into the service and by reference to the accounts they have submitted, it appears they took over £1 million in 2013/14, however, the accounts show a loss of <£266,199>.
It is noteworthy that the company was only set up with a share capital of £3.00, [not exactly a well-financed company whereby the shareholders believed the enterprise was worth investing in].
At the year-end 2015, the company misfortunes became worse, as sales were crashing and the losses extended to <£856,868> and again the shareholder failed to invest any more money to prop up the ailing enterprise. So, the question has to be asked “who was funding the failing enterprise” and that could only have been the consumers who paid money in advance for services, yet to be rendered.
In the accounts, the main investor Mr Lee Pallister was also a Director and took from the company £133,272 in fees and was extended other advances of £51,068. This may be the salary of a timeshare salesman, but is not a reflective salary of a man who is running a failing enterprise, losing many hundreds of thousands of £ and who is only prepared to put £3 of his own money into the company.
What is also very enlightening is that the losses were supported financially by creditors in the amount of £1,147,440, Those creditors were not lending banks, but the consumers clients themselves.
Justice 4 could never legally relinquish your timeshare, That statement is “folly” they can’t, as they are an unlicensed legal service provider and do not have the right to appear on your behalf in any court, however they can and have taken your money for marketing fees and then have employed others to do it for them and whilst they have pocked a huge fee.
No more accounts are filed as at 19th of April 2017 as the company went broke on the 18th of May 2017, Also on the 7th of December 2016 Mr. Pallisters CAR WASH CAFE LIMITED (Company Number 08915743) when broke and on the 11th of November 2016 Mr Pallisters SOUTH WALES CAR SALES LIMITED (Company Number 08534660) went broke.
As with most unlicensed legal practitioners, the clients will suffer as it was they who financed this shambolic enterprise from start to Finnish.
Not satisfied with running the business into the ground and the abandonment of reasonable management practices, the entire business was transferred to Tuloca Ltd which [as stated] is under the control of Mr Pallister Wife who is propping up the company with another massive share capital introduction of £1.00. Therefore, having regard for the past, would you trust Tuloca to hold your money, for services yet to be rendered?
In 2014, Justice 4 were warned that the business model was, in fact, akin to a Ponzi scheme, as they took large amounts of money off people professing to be the “mutts nuts” of timeshare relinquishment, then delayed enacting the claims in preference to swanning around buying up what proved to be ailing companies and operations, when they should have been delivering what was promised. As a result, the money coming in the front door was serving the needs of those going out the back door.
