TESS is pleased to confirm that a further £45,902 was recovered this week from Banks which potentially innocently supported Monster Travel and Sell My Timeshare. Our clients have been returned all the money they have paid to the above entities and are still proceeding with the breach of contract element of their claim. That alternative claim is expected to deliver further compensation for the flagrant mis-selling of the Leisure Credits products known as Monster Credits.

Have commenced a further round of negotiation with other banks TESS expects that other awards of compensation are imminent, as those banks are conceding to the fact that this product was a “scam”.

At present, TESS is involved in the pursuit of over £2 million worth of misrepresentation claims against these 2 roguish enterprises and have supplied our clients with a detailed summary of the extent of the scam. The alternative and/or secondary claims are valued at over £5 million

At present, TESS and its section 75 team are dealing with over 500 claimants and have pending a further 800 non-credit card claims who assert that Monster Credits are supported by ATOL and ABTA and should the companies be closed “down” the use of the Monster Credits are frustrated, thus the contract was breached.

In other news, 8 further Spanish claims have been placed before the courts in Spain this week and TESS is awaiting adjudication on those claims.

In this week was an invitation to support a claim for compensation involving over £500,000 in damages was delivered to TESS. The claim involves 3 timeshares purchased from one resort and is currently being risk assessed by Litigation Funders.
